SB Setter Studio

Service Description

Great setting starts before the ball reaches your hands. SB Setter Studio helps developing and experienced athletes sharpen their technique, improve decision-making, and build confidence directing an offense. Each 90-minute session combines focused instruction, purposeful repetitions, and game-based situations to help setters deliver more consistent, hittable balls. TRAINING FOCUS • Hand position, contact, and release • Footwork and positioning beneath the ball • Location, tempo, and consistency • Setting from imperfect passes • Movement from defensive positions into setting • Communication and connection with hitters • Reading situations and making offensive decisions WHAT TO EXPECT Athletes receive coaching feedback and opportunities to apply adjustments through drills and situational play. Instruction is adapted to experience and development needs, with an emphasis on skills that transfer into competition. SCHEDULE Saturdays: 8–9:30 AM Check the booking calendar for available dates and holiday changes. TRAINING OPTIONS Book a single session or use an eligible SB Studio membership. Membership allowances are shared across coach-approved Setter, Hitter, and Passer Studio sessions. Seasonal memberships renew every four weeks during November–May. Offseason offerings are available separately. WHO IT’S FOR Athletes learning the setter position and current setters seeking more focused development. Coach approval may be required to ensure appropriate placement. WHAT TO BRING Athletic clothing, court shoes, a water bottle, and knee pads. Advance registration is required. Membership holders must reserve each session separately. Review the booking policy for cancellation and credit details. Build the technique to deliver the ball—and the confidence to lead the play.
