Prime Athletes

South Bay Volleyball Club is proud to announce our partnership with Prime Athletes, sport-specific power development.

South Bay athletes work with Prime Athletes trainers twice a week with their team. Athletes also have the option of participating in workouts at the Prime Athletes facility located at Aviation Gym.

Rein Media is owned an operated by South Bay's very own Lindsey Breeden. Rein Media is also responsible for the development of the South Bay website.
